At OST Labz Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and reliable service to our B2B customers across India. This Shipping & Return Policy outlines the terms related to order dispatch, delivery, and replacement in case of any issue with your order.

Shipping Policy Order Processing Time

  • Standard Products (Ready Stock): Dispatched within 2–3 business days
  • Custom/OEM Orders: Lead time varies from 7 to 21 business days, depending on design approval, branding, and quantity
  • Processing Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
    Delivery Coverage
    • We ship PAN-India to all serviceable pin codes.
    • International/Bulk export shipping is available on request. Contact us at sales@ostlabz.com
    Shipping Partners

    We work with reputed courier/logistics providers including:
    Blue Dart, DTDC, TCI Express, Delhivery, and regional transport partners.
    Buyers may also arrange pickup or shipping through their own transport channels.

    Shipping Charges
    • Shipping charges are auto-calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
    • For large-volume or repeat OEM buyers, shipping discounts may be provided based on agreement.
    Return & Replacement Policy

    OST Labz offers a replacement-only policy to ensure buyer satisfaction while maintaining B2B fairness and manufacturing integrity.

    Eligible for Replacement:
    • Product received in damaged or non-working condition
    • Product has a manufacturing defect
    • Wrong product received
      Not Eligible for Return:
      • Custom/OEM products with branding/packaging
      • Products that have been used, altered, or misused
      • Claims made after 7 days of delivery
      • Minor packaging scratches or shipping box damage that does not affect functionality
        Replacement Process:
        1. Email us at support@ostlabz.com within 7 days of delivery
        2. Attach:

        • Order ID / Invoice copy
        • Clear product images showing the issue
        • Unboxing video (recommended for transport damage claims)
        3. Our technical team will review the request
        4. Once approved, we'll arrange replacement dispatch or issue a credit note (as applicable)
          Replacement Timeline:
          • Verified replacements are shipped within 5–7 business days of return confirmation.
